An office network printer showing “Offline” when it is powered on and connected to the Wi-Fi or Ethernet switch is one of the most frustrating interruptions in any small business. In 90% of cases, the printer hardware is fine – Windows simply disabled communication due to an SNMP timeout or IP address change.
